Reflecting a strong commitment to enhancing the healthcare system in Madaba, Minister of Health Dr. Ibrahim Al-Badour inaugurated the Madaba Camp Primary Health Center on Saturday. The ceremony was attended by Madaba Governor Hassan Al-Jbour, several members of parliament, notable figures, and members of the Decentralization Council, signaling the state’s focus on improving healthcare services for camp residents and surrounding areas.
The inauguration drew a large turnout of residents, who expressed optimism about the project, seeing it as a long-awaited step to meet the growing demand for health services in a region that previously lacked a comprehensive center.
Al-Badour emphasized that the new center will serve as the “patient gateway” within the healthcare system, acting as the first line of defense for citizens’ health by providing accessible and effective services, reducing pressure on the governorate’s hospitals.
He noted that the Ministry of Health is implementing a strategic plan aligned with His Majesty King Abdullah II’s vision to provide modern and advanced healthcare services across all regions of the kingdom, through the establishment of fully equipped health centers offering patients a comfortable environment.
