• This Terms and Agreement shall be construed and enforced under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
• If you are accessing this website from an area outside the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, you bear the responsibility to comply with all local laws in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and so that all of its legislation becomes applicable to you.
• The courts of Amman “Palace of Justice” in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan shall have the jurisdiction to settle disputes and claims resulting from any breach of this Agreement.
• The Arabic language shall be the language adopted in the interpretation and implementation of this agreement, and all correspondence and letters between the Parties. In case of contradiction, the Arabic version of the Agreement shall be the prevailing version.
