The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) organized a specialized training course aimed at enhancing the skills of inspectors and veterinarians working for the ministry, ensuring the highest standards of quality in the field of food safety.
With the participation of 162 MoPH inspectors and veterinarians, the course covered the latest international techniques and methods used for calibrating inspections and measurement equipment, which ensures the accuracy of results obtained from food safety inspection devices.
Delivered by an internationally accredited organization, the training included both theoretical and practical lectures, in addition to forming work groups to discuss and apply new concepts. Moreover, evaluations were conducted at the end of each training day to assess learning outcomes.
