President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid received a message of appreciation from Dr. Hanan Hassan Balkhy, Regional Director of the World Health Organization (WHO) for the Eastern Mediterranean.
In her message, Dr. Balkhy commended President Rashid’s commitment to advancing Iraq’s health sector and his vision for strengthening national health security and building a resilient system capable of adapting to the impacts of climate change.
