At the request of 15 Member States, a Special Session of the WHO Executive Board will be held on Sunday 10 December 2023 to consider the health conditions in the occupied Palestinian territory.

The provisional agenda for the Special Session will be available in document EBSS/7/1 as it becomes available in Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish. Executive Board Special Session documents.

The meeting will be held from 9:30 to 12:30 and 14:30 to 17:30 CET, with provision for an additional session from 18:30 to 21:30 CET if necessary. It will be held at WHO headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland in a hybrid format. The sessions will be webcast live.
