The representative of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Libya, Elizabeth Hof, has confirmed the organization’s priority to provide medicines and medical supplies to support emergency health services in Libya, reiterating the its commitment to supporting the efforts of the Ministry of Health.
This came during her meeting with the Acting Minister of Health, Ramadan Abu Janah, where they discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation in the health field, according to the media center of the Government of National Unity.
Both sides discussed setting up a mechanism for cooperation regarding strengthening the health response and providing medicines and vaccinations in the fastest possible way.
