KABUL(BNA): As part of assistance efforts, twenty medical equipment items valued at five hundred thousand US dollars were provided to three health centers in Oruzgan.
These supports have been provided by UNICEF to equip these health centers to address the healthcare needs of the residents in the districts of Chinar-Tu, Khas Uruzgan, and Kaizab.
Additionally, these health centers will soon be equipped to perform minor surgical procedures alongside childbirth services.
On the other hand, Al- Haj Mullah Bari Gul Akhund, the deputy governor of Uruzgan, expressed gratitude to the head of the UNICEF office in the southern zone and called for further cooperation to expand the organization’s activities in various sectors.
