The Saudi National Institute of Health (Saudi NIH) has announced new research support opportunities aimed at addressing health research priorities in translational research and clinical trials within the Kingdom. This strategic initiative aims to enhance the efficiency and quality of health research, address public health needs, and amplify the impact of research and innovation in the health sector.

This initiative aligns with the Saudi NIH's commitment to advancing the goals of the Health Sector Transformation Program and Saudi Vision 2030. For 2025, grants have been allocated based on the institute's strategic plan and program strategies, with a focus on three key areas: cardiovascular diseases (CVDs), endocrine and metabolic disorders, and cancer.
