The National Council for Economic and Social Development organized an event on Monday to present the outcomes of several strategic projects aimed at enhancing and developing Libya’s healthcare system. The event was attended by senior officials and healthcare experts.
The projects showcased included the Healthcare System Reform and Development Project, the Pharmaceutical Security Project, and the Comprehensive Health Insurance Project. Among the attendees were the Director General of the Council, the Acting Minister of Health, the Minister of Labour and Rehabilitation, the Minister of Civil Service, the Acting Minister of Education, the Deputy Minister of Health, the Deputy Minister of Economy, as well as directors of government sectors, representatives of relevant institutions, and healthcare specialists.
The meeting featured a detailed presentation of the projects’ outcomes, which aim to improve the efficiency of the national healthcare system and enhance the quality of services provided to citizens.
