Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health is set to launch two primary health centre projects under the public-private partnership (PPP) model to procure a total of 224 primary health centres, according to the National Centre for Privatisation & PPP (NCP).
The centres will be procured under 20-year-plus Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain (DBFOM) contracts.
