The sixth UAE Obesity Conference, backed by M42’s Healthpoint and Imperial College London Diabetes Centre, took place on 16-17 November at Rosewood Hotel, Abu Dhabi.

Held in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre, World Obesity Federation, and Emirates Diabetes and Endocrine Society, the event gathered over 500 delegates, including endocrinologists, nurses, dietitians, and surgeons, to explore new strategies in obesity management.

The event featured sessions led by Healthpoint and Imperial College London Diabetes Centre on preventing and managing obesity.

Notable speakers included Dr. Sara Suliman and Dr. Mohammed Al Hadad, who discussed innovative bariatric care approaches.
