The Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY) has enhanced Yemen’s healthcare system, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported on Sunday.

The Kingdom has an objective to achieve sustainable healthcare sector development by implementing numerous projects and initiatives in Yemen.

The projects include the construction and equipping of hospitals and medical centers, as well as the training of healthcare staff. The King Salman Medical and Educational City in Al-Mahrah Governorate is an excellent example, offering a 110-bed hospital, operating rooms and outpatient clinics within a one million square meter complex.
