The Ministry of Health launched the Women's Leadership Development Program in cooperation with the Women's Leadership Center at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, as part of its qualitative initiatives to enhance transformation and develop competencies, in the presence of the Deputy Minister for Human Resources, Abdulrahman Al-Aiban.
The program aims to qualify women leaders with innovative leadership skills to enhance their performance and role in the Ministry of Health. It targets 75 female leaders selected according to precise criteria regarding performance and efficiency. The training of the first cohorts has been successfully completed, and preparations are underway to train the second and third cohorts.
