The Civil Aviation Authority has asked airlines operating flights to Libya not to allow the entry of any foreign worker unless they present a health certificate approved by the National Center for Disease Control.

The Authority explained in an official letter that this certificate was circulated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to all Libyan embassies and consulates abroad, stressing that airlines will bear the responsibility for returning those who violate these procedures.
