Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH) is experiencing a surge in dengue cases, a consequence of the persistent rains of the monsoon season leading to water-logged conditions and an upsurge in the Aedes mosquito population.
As a result, a separate ward has been opened for dengue patients, and experts are calling for vigilance.
