The International Academy of Public Health (IAPH) and Ajloun National University have signed a memorandum of understanding for mutual cooperation in various fields. Among these fields is the Higher Diploma in Environmental Health, which marks the starting point for collaboration due to its urgent need, both at the governorate and national levels.

The memorandum of understanding was signed by Professor Dr. Feras Al-Hunandeh, the President of Ajloun National University, and Dr. Mohammad Al-Tarawneh, the Executive Director of the International Academy of Public Health.

This significant event took place on the sidelines of the launch of the "Ajloun Oxygen Jordan" initiative, which was initiated on September 6, 2023, with wide participation from all official and unofficial entities, as well as the media, tourism, civil society, and local community sectors. This national initiative, the first of its kind at the national level, aims to highlight the importance of Ajloun Governorate, with its unique tourist, environmental, and clean health attributes. Ajloun is indeed an exceptional model that attracts both Jordanians and visitors to enjoy its charming beauty and benefit from its health and environmental assets.
