ALGIERS- The minister of Health, Abdelhak Saihi, in his capacity as acting chairman of the Arab Health Ministers Council, chaired Thursday the opening ceremony of the celebration of the Arab Health Day, being held in the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Arab League in Cairo, the ministry said in a statement.
