WHO launches a series of training workshops on infection control policies and procedures

The Palestinian Ministry of Health, in partnership with the World Health Organization, launched a series of training workshops for health staff on infection control policies and procedures, according to the Palestinian Guide to Infection Prevention and Control, which was launched by the ministry in May this year.

The Director of the Infection Control Unit at the Ministry of Health, Dr. Rami Al-Abadla, during his word at the beginning of the training that targeted head nurses at the Ministry of Health, said that the workshops will continue until March next year and will target various health groups and cadres, to enhances health cadres capabilities of in infection prevention and control.
