ISTANBUL: Visiting Kuwaiti Health Minister Khaled Al-Saeed said Saturday it is necessary to draw upon Turkey’s medical expertise, particularly hospital operation and administration, and staff training. The minister made the remark following his meeting with Turkish Deputy Minister of Health Sabahattin Aydin at Basaksehir Cam and Sakura City Hospital in Basaksehir district of Istanbul, where he got familiar with the hospital’s experience in various medical domains.
