Kuwait's Minister of Health, Dr. Ahmed Al- Awadhi, reaffirmed the nation's committment to improving public health indicators and ehnacing global health cooperation to elevate healthcare equity. He also underscores the significance of international coordination in tackling common health challanges. 

Dr. Al-Awadhi made these remarks in a press statement following a meeting with World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus. The meeting occurred on the sidelines of the high-level antimicrobial resistence discussion, held during the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly's high-level week in New York.
