AMMAN — In Jordan, 42 per cent of the population are smokers, and 9.2 per cent use e-cigarettes, a study revealed on Wednesday. The conclusions of the study, conducted by the King Hussein Cancer Centre (KHCC), were revealed during an awareness day co-organised by KHCC and the University of Jordan's (UJ) faculty of pharmacy on the occasion of the World No Tobacco Day, an occasion annually celebrated on May 31, according to a UJ statement.
