The Ministry of Health, in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship and with funding from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), has launched 31 online services for issuing professional practice permits for health sector workers.

In a press release on Monday, the Ministry of Health announced that this service rollout is the first phase of a comprehensive initiative to introduce 63 online services. This project aims to facilitate continuous professional development and streamline the licensing and re-licensing process for healthcare professionals.
