The ministry stressed the importance of all healthcare practitioners, medical facilities, and pharmaceutical institutions adhering to all applicable health regulations and laws in the Kingdom.

The Law of Practicing Healthcare Professions prohibits healthcare practitioners from using unscientific or banned diagnostic and treatment methods in the Kingdom. Practitioners are also not allowed to advertise themselves, use unrecognized titles, or promote their services except in cases specified by the executive regulations.
