The Health Minister, Dr. Samanta Lal Sen, made a commitment to improve public accessibility and medical services, stressing that the health sector will improve gradually rather than suddenly.
He made these assurances during the inauguration of the upgradation from 10 beds to 50 beds ‘Sohid Samsunnesa Arju Moni Mother and Child Health Care Center’ in Dhaka on Wednesday.
Addressing the audience, Dr. Sen highlighted the importance of local hospitals offering blood pressure and diabetes tests, which he believes can effectively manage major diseases across the country.
He further promised comprehensive support for the ‘Sohid Samsunnesa Arju Moni Mother and Child Health Care Center’, pledging to address ambulance shortages in hospitals nationwide and ensure adequate supplies to combat diseases like dengue.
