The REACH Conference 2024, a landmark event for Iraq’s healthcare sector, took place on September 18-19 at the Baghdad International Fair Ground. Under the patronage of the Prime Minister’s Office, the Ministry of Health, and Kimadia, the State Company for Marketing Drugs and Medical Appliances, this annual gathering brought together leading health professionals, policymakers, and medical innovators from across Iraq and the world.
The conference received significant support from several key organizations. The Arab Union of the Manufacturers of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Appliances played a crucial role as a scientific partner, reinforcing the event’s focus on improving healthcare infrastructure. Additionally, the Iraqi Medical Association, Iraqi Society of Dermatologists and Venereologists, and the Syndicate of Iraqi Pharmacists were central partners. Each organization brought its unique expertise to the conference, promoting collaborative efforts to develop Iraq’s healthcare system. Their involvement highlighted the importance of collective action in enhancing medical services and infrastructure in Iraq.
