DHAKA, April 13, 2024 (BSS) - Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr Samanta Lal Sen today said no disruption was seen in health services in the country's hospitals during the Eid vacation.

The minister told reporters today after a surprise visit to the Kurmitola General Hospital and the Kuwait-Bangladesh Friendship Government Hospital in the capital. 

Sen said, "Before Eid, I gave directives to all concerned in this regard. I also talked to the concerned authorities of hospitals in Dhaka and other divisions. They have ensured me that no disruption was seen in health services during the Eid. The doctors, nurses and other employees also performed their duties sincerely."
