King Saud University Medical City (KSUMC) has submitted its sustainability report to the United Nations, becoming the first Saudi government health facility on this platform. This move reinforces its commitment to integrating healthcare with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
In a statement, CEO of KSUMC Prof. Ahmad Salah Hersi emphasized the facility's aim to be a leader in specialized healthcare, medical education, and research, balancing innovation with social responsibility. He credited these achievements to strong leadership support and the focus of Saudi Vision 2030 on humanity, health, and the environment.
