A new scheme has been launched in Kent to help support student mental health. The student-led initiative is a joint project between the University of Kent and its student union, Kent Union. A wellbeing student advisory board, made up of 20 young people, aims to improve the university's approach to mental health and ensure its work is "impactful and accessible to all". It involves discussing current and future plans, with suggestions made based on the board’s shared expertise and experiences, a university spokesperson said.
