Minister of Health Dr Ahmad Al-Awadhi met Sunday with Lebanese Ambassador to Kuwait Ghadi Khoury to discuss ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in the health sector. The talks covered medical training, the exchange of expertise, support for scientific research and the development of health infrastructure.

In a press statement, Al-Awadhi stressed the ministry’s keenness to strengthen cooperation with Lebanon and benefit from its expertise in developing health services and improving the quality of medical care across various specialties. He said the meeting was part of the Ministry of Health’s efforts to expand international cooperation and advance the health sector in Kuwait.
