Kuwaiti Minister of Health Dr. Ahmad Al-Awadhi affirmed on Sunday that GCC countries' joint work in the Gulf Cancer Awareness Week reflects governmental and non-governmental efforts to support health and preventive development.

Dr. Al-Awadhi said in a speech delivered on his behalf by Assistant Undersecretary for Health Care Affairs at the Ministry Dr. Nadia Al-Juma, during the opening ceremony of the 10th Gulf Cancer Awareness Week, that the continuation of the Gulf week reflects a sign of progress and advancement.
