The Minister of Health, Firas Al-Hawari, decided on Thursday to close COVID-19 examination centers in Jordan. This comes around 10 days after a Royal Decree was issued to suspend Defense Law No. (13) of 1992 in all parts of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, as of May 7, 2023. The Defense Law was enacted on March 17, 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic.
