The Ministry of Health’s Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Training Center received accreditation from the American Heart Association (AHA), allowing ministry staff to be trained on advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
During a ceremony attended by Spanish Ambassador Miguel de Lucas and acting deputy mission director USAID Emily Krunic, Health Minister Firas Al-Hawari said AHA’s accreditation of the CPR center is a major step in the ministry’s commitment to improving the skills of healthcare practitioners in Jordan.
