King Mohammed VI inaugurated a Proximity Medical Center (CMP) in the new town of Errahma on Monday, for an overall investment of MAD 73 million ($7.1 million).
The sovereign visited multiple components of the project which “shows his commitment to improve medical services for the benefit of citizens, to consolidate healthcare for populations in vulnerable situations and to ensure a comprehensive, sustainable and integrated human development.”
The implementation of the center also comes in line with the King’s efforts to promote access to basic and quality healthcare for the underprivileged, and to ensure regular medical follow-ups for people whose condition requires specialized consultations.
