Minister of Water and Environment, Eng. Tawfiq Al-Sharjabi, discussed with the Director of the United Nations Office in Yemen, Fayyad Ahmed, the additional funding for the Human Capital Projects Plan Program in the amount of $35.5 million.

During the meeting, which was held via visual communication technology, in the presence of the Program Adviser at UNEPs, the basic interventions in the program, which include developing infrastructure and improving the service of the water and sanitation sector, as well as training and capacity building, were discussed.
