Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, Acting Minister of Public Health, recently met with Kwabena Asante, Head of UNFPA Afghanistan, to discuss expanding healthcare infrastructure and services across the country, particularly in underserved rural regions.

During the meeting, both sides deliberated on the construction of healthcare posts in designated safe zones, the enhancement of mobile health services, the quality of care provided by mobile health teams, staff capacity building, and improved maternal and child health services.
