Algeria's permanent delegate to Vienna, Larbi Latrouche, and the director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Mariano Grossi, signed Saturday an agreement listing the Pierre & Marie Curie Centre of Radiological Medicine (CPMC) and the Nuclear Medicine Centre of Bab El Oued (BEO), Algiers, as regional collaboration centres, as part of the initiative "Rays of hope" for Africa.
